Refunds
Regular and Sale priced footwear or other merchandise may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding all postage costs). The shoes have to be in their original box, receipt to be enclosed and shoes must be in NEW / UNUSED condition.
Sorry, no refunds after 30 days.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or style are available within 21 days of purchase if footwear is still in NEW / UNUSED condition.
All shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns of goods are the responsibility of the consumer, unless footwear are faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship per order.)
If footwear or other merchandise are faulty, we will provide a full refund, repair or exchange at no cost to the customer.
